  • Does my need to bring a lunch or snack with them?

    Yes, please ensure your child eats breakfast before camp and packs a sack lunch. We'll supply light snacks and water throughout the day.

  • If my child has an allergy or needs to take medication, who do I contact?

    In your registration, we have a camper health history form. Please ensure it's completed thoroughly. We can store the medicine in a safe and central location. Please note that we are unable to assist children in administering medications.

  • What is the check-in/out process?

    Upon arrival, a Coach G Athletics LLC staff member, identifiable by a clearly labeled shirt, will check your child in using our tablet.

    Check-out will also be facilitated through the tablet, ensuring that your child is only picked up by authorized individuals. Please ensure you complete this portion during registration.

  • What happens if i'm on the waitlist and spot open up?

    If spots become available and you are at the top of the waitlist, you will receive an email invitation to register. You will have 2 days to sign up for that week. If you choose not to sign up within that timeframe, we will email the next family on the list and offer them the spot

  • What requirements are in place for staff members?

    Ensuring camper safety is our utmost priority. All staff members undergo mandatory background checks and must complete a first aid & CPR certification course within the past two years. Additionally, our interns are sourced from the Seattle Youth Employment Program and undergo background checks through the city.

  • What activties will my child do?

    What activities will my child be participating in during the day? Urban hikes, basketball, futsal, jumping rope, playground play, bubble activities, team sports, and more. Get ready to build fun memories!
